Vodka peach iced tea. Coldsnap vodka and ripe peach over a smooth tea base — and no carbonation at all.

That last part is the whole point. The gas in a hard seltzer is what fills you up and leaves you bloated after two. Take it out and you're left with something that drinks like an iced tea, because it is one.

The vodka

We use Coldsnap vodka, distilled in Scotland at Summerhall Distillery in Edinburgh. It matters more than it sounds — a clean, neutral spirit carries the tea instead of fighting it, which is exactly what a cheaper base can't do.
